Good but the price
The fov is amazing, but the lcd panels are really bad, washed colours, poor contrast, really good definition and big sweet spot, a 3090 struggle to run this headset, I have a vive pro modded with gear lenses and the images is just better but with more sde, so not worth the money, the sound is really good but lack of bass, the soft is bad and pimax need to do something about it. returned waiting refund

Amazing FOV, Terrible Comfort and poor IPD compatibility
The FOV is amazing but these are so hard work to use, the sound cuts out and takes multiple reboots to get it going (my Vive etc has no such problem). The IPD scale goes down to 60 but if you measure the lowest is actually 70, so unless you have a massive IPD you will struggle to get focus. Also they are SO uncomfortable compared to literally any other VR headset. It's a massive shame as like I said, the FOV blows you away.

Currently the best of the high end HMDs out there
If your VR experience is being let down by the poor FOV offerings from other HMDs then this is the headset for you. It is the king of FOV and I truly love it. Not quite as clear as say the HP Reverb G2 (almost though) but the Pimax has a much larger sweet spot and is supremely comfortable.

Wanted to hate it, ended up loving it
At first I was absolutely fuming when I set this headset up. The image was blurry. It was stupidly uncomfortable and hurt like crazy to wear for even 5 minutes. There was absolutely zero 3D effect. I spent days tweaking all the setting I could and adjusting the strap. Couldn't find a solution. So I gave up. For months.... And then.... I put it on again on a whim adjusted the IPD. Ready to be disappointed again. However... It blew me away at how it looked. I have no idea what I did to finally make it work. But this is the best headset I have had so far. (I own Vive and quest 2). It's very sharp when you find that sweet spot and the 3D effect is good once you find the right IPD. However, it can lack depth at further distances but not so majorly as to ruin the experience this headset provides.

Wrong advert
What I think is about product is very high quality for simulator like DCS. Also everyone will enjoy for another games. But is but Amazon advert KDMAS but unfortunately is DMAS. So If you have Radeon GPU DMAS version is not compatible. DMAS is available only for Nvidia GPU. I found after one week is wrong product what Amazon advert. :)

Top class
Headset fantastic. Everything. Gave 4* cos its a bit of a pain to set up. I've used pimax for years. Always great but never hassle free. Take me a Good 5-10 mins to get going every time. Most my controllers not syncing.

Great headset but the strap let's it down
I will begin with the short version, having used the reverb g2 for the last year the visual quality is as good or nearly as good as the g2 only with the crazy fov. I wasn't one to care about fov before but I have found it to be so naturally better. However the strap breaks it so if you intend to buy one I recommend swapping the strap for the vive deluxe audio strap and some 3d printed adapters. So you might be asking why I have such a issue with the strap of all things? Well I having been playing exclusively in vr since the rift cv1 came out and have since used cv1, vive, index and reverb g2 all were comfortable and fit my head perfectly fine. Now I went to buy the pimax fully aware of how much heavier it is and I was prepared for that but what I wasn't prepared for was the most heaviest headset to use the flimsy strap. It doesn't touch the side of your head so all that weight is on the front and back of your head and because it has nothing on the side it moves left right and twists even when stationery causing the image to become blurry. The other issue I have is the included speakers, they are so quiet to the point where even on max volume if I'm not wearing the headset I can't hear them. Why not just take them off you say? Well even with them removed the strap is so wide I am unable to wear headphones.Along with these complaints I have many others like how it struggles to be detected by light houses, the poor guide to help get started and the fact that they're official support page points you to YouTubers to fix your problem.I wish I could write something good about the actual headset to balance it out but until I get this strap replaced I simply cannot use it.Edit: now that I have been able to use the headset thanks to a vive DAS, 3d printed adapters and a thicker strap cover (all totaled £130) the hmd is a game changer for me. Having the additional fov makes it feel so much more natural however some games don't like it so bear in mind. Ignore the 90hz at native resolution, it does not work only 75Hz. You can get upscaled 110Hz which is alright but obviously not as good.I saw a post on Reddit that sums up this product. Instead of expecting the best because of the price think of it more a base you build upon.
