Dry Locust Bean …Netetu.
The flavor is great, good instructions however it does have some sand particles. That can be easily fixed by thoroughly clean in good sanitary conditions.

Looking at the pic online, you would think it’s bigger than what it actually is. Just received it, I’m disappointed. The price is way too expensive for the size.

The quality was okay - I have had better dried locust bean. It did okay when soaked, but I'd say it could have been fresher. It's also really expensive for the quantity you get. Pay attention to the size - you get a lot less than 100g. If you search other online stores, you can get 500g to 1kg for a quarter of the per gram price of this product. If you're in a bind and need this quickly, you can't beat the next day delivery that Amazon provides. I will be making my second order for this reason. However, if you aren't in a hurry, it might be best to explore other options.
