This hat is cuter in person than in the photo. Lights really blink on & off. Excellent value for a fun hat.

This hat is well made. I got it for ugly sweater day but got lots of compliments on the hat. I did attach two ribbons to hold it on as the opening fit more like a child size. I didn't want to stretch it due to the electronics in it that make the bulbs blink. All in all it's a good but and fun. Oh you do need to take the tab out of the electronics and the on and off push button is on the back of the hat midway up. Not noticable at first. Well made.

Too small to fit adult heads

If you have an adult head, the hat doesn’t really fit it. I got it for a little Christmas party, but didn’t realize my skull needed to be about the size of my fist.Cute hat, though. The bulbs could be brighter when they flash, it’s very subtle.

It is darling, but because of the packaging, the gold star on top is bent and will not stand straight. The hat is small in circumference and I do not have a large head. In fact, my head is on the small size. Disappointing purchase.

Once I figured out how to turn the lights on, it was great!! Absolutely EPIC! The star was a little bent and the ends frayed, but overall a fantastic hat!

Absolutely adorable but on/off switch. Once you take out little slip of paper out of battery pack you can't turn off. Bummer on this.

Looks good. But now it won’t turn off and it’s small for. Don’t waste your money.
