Does not come with swivel hook?
I returned the first one I ordered because its hook was not a 360 swivel, as advertised. The replacement I just received also does not have a swivel. I messaged the seller, and they were completely unhelpful. False advertising!

Unfortunately I based my purchase off the stated heigh of 16.54 inches and missed the fact that it’s only 5.9” wide otherwise I would have figured something was off. The product reaches the states height only because it’s been extended out with a piece of wire and not the clearly advertised swivel hook. Extremely disappointed.
