Incorrect info on site and T470 laptop should have a backlight in keyboard but i came to know its another reseller model which has backlight not all are selling with back light so be carefull to select , but this model has finger print scanner i restored to original and checked for bios it worked like charmlow cost good laptop , wish only backlight and better RAM was given

Writing this review after 4 months of usage.Seller strictly adheres amazon policies, which is good for the buyer.Laptop description in amazon's product page is precise. I have received the laptop as described in the product page.Product received as LIKE new laptop. Performance of the laptop is good. Laptop does not heat up even after 8 hours of continuous usage.OS had corrupted few days ago; I was scared of hardware failure; seller, REFURB guided me through the telephone on how to reinstall the OS & now it works fine.Appreciate the seller for providing good after sales support.RECOMMENDED.
