More sheer than expected
These curtains are well sewn and are the correct dimensions. They let in light with a soft effect and provide daytime privacy. But they may not be as private at night when lights are on inside.

These are not semi sheer but appear well made
Not semi-sheer, they are sheer even if I doubled up two panels over the same width, still can see through very easily. Overall they are inexpensive though and appear to be made well for the price.
