FOR THE PRICE AND FUNCTION...EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, ONE HAS TO CHOP ONION IN 4 QUARTERS, ..VERY IMPORTANT.. FACE SIDE DOWN. NOT THE SIDE. IF YOU PLACE ON SIDE, CUTTER HAS DIFFICULTIES CUTTING THROUGH. MUST PUT QUARTER ON FACE DOWN CUT SIDE DOWN, AND IT WILL CROP THROUGH WITH EASY. IF IT DOES NOT CROP 1) THE ONION PIECE IS TO BIG OR 2) YOU ARE CUTTING ON THE WRONG SIDE FOR EASY CHOPPING. VERY WELL MADE. LAST, IT IS LABORIOUS TO CHANGE BLADES , 1 OF 3. I KEEP THE SMALLEST ONE ON AND BE DONE WITH IT.

Well Built and Easy to Use
I needed to cook a meal for fifty people and I wasn't looking forward to chopping so many onions, so I got a machine to do the job. And it was the right way to go. I looked at some of the cheaper plastic options, but they seemed too flimsy. I needed something bigger and sturdier. This chopper did a great job. It chopped the onions quickly and efficiently. And cleaning it was a breeze. I highly recommend this chopper.

This machine actually gets the job done and is lasting
While this machine takes real effort to use I am pleased at how sturdy it is. We are working through 17.9 cubic feet of frozen onions that need to sliced and diced in preparation for freeze drying. This machine has been a game changer.
