I received the product (2 units) timely. However, one of the accompanying bulbs broke immediately upon turn-on. Also, the u-shaped bottom of the unit does not adequately accommodate a half-sheet pan. the U-shaped bottom needs to be redesigned to allow the half-sheet pan to slide between the legs.

This food heat lamp works great for keeping food warm and ready to serve. The two bulbs give off plenty of heat and the stand is easy to adjust so I can get the right height. It feels solid and commercial quality which I like. I use it for family parties and it keeps everything warm without drying it out. Simple to set up and does exactly what it should. I definitely recommend it.

Worked great for a month and started having issues with the on/off switch. The bulbs continually blow out and have to unplug to turn off. Too bad the window of returning was so short.

Used for a community festival kitchen and it made serving our orders so much easier. Kept the food nice and warm and kept us from getting behind on orders. Easy set up and easy use.

Came as described, and works great. One issue we had was with one of the bulbs unfortunately breaking soon after purchase, but the customer service from the company was instant and they sent out a replacement right away, I was very impressed. Hopefully the next one works much better

I bought it in June 2024 and now it is broken. Not recommended!
