Because the company choose not to use them. I much prefer no stamp because they tend to look like crap when the box is opened.

Hearts and Diamonds are silver while the Clubs and Spades are gold.

Q: Is this out of paper material or plastic material like the first set?

This deck is black PVC Waterproof Plastic. There is a paper deck "Gent Supply Bicycle Mythical Creatures II".

Q: Can these be used as throwing cards?

Well, I think it could be possible, but I'm not a card magician. If the weight of these cards is the same, then you should buy a deck and give it a try. They may work even better because they are so light- weight. If nothing else, you'll have a GREAT deck of cards!!😄
