Not super hot but I like that great taste

Very happy to have discovered this Father and Son company. Hope it is all as marketed, and stays that way. I'll try every sauce they put out. While I'm Reaper/Pepper X level in my tastes, even my heat averse family members love this sauce. It's flavor is worth their tiny dip into "heat", and there's enough hint of heat to make it a worthwhile sauce for me - especially with mild flavored fish tacos, rice dishes, etc. But, the whole family puts this one (Pineapple Mango - to be clear) on just about everything.

To start this off i will say i like my hot sauce.... rated no less then 800k SHU and keep extracts on hand at 1.5-2mil SHU... this sauce (to me) is at a 0/10 for heat rating haha ok maybe a 0.5 but I'm not talking down on this wonderful sauce! it has amazing flavor!!! and I'm sure many will find the heat perfect! but if you have high tolerances this may not be a sauce for you if you are looking for heat.. this still earns a full 5 stars from me because the flavor is on point!

Love this sauce. It's the right combination, hot n sweet, only problem is,they delayed my order by over two months. They take your money,but dont produce product.

A product of Costa Rica this set of three 5 ounce glass bottles of Pineapple-Mango Habanero hot sauce arrives in a handsome carton that is also sturdy to help provide a safe transport. The dominant flavor is pineapple and the mango is in the background but both create a cool fruit flavor which made more complex with the mild heat of the habanero. Habanero peppers are usually quite hot but the Scoville heat units are noted on the product page to be 1,000 to 2,500 which is within the mild range, so nothing is being concealed regarding the heat of this hot sauce but the name creates confusion. The audience for this sauce may dismiss it outright because of the word “habanero” and the group expecting the heat may be disappointed to find it too mild. Beyond the heat the flavor is delicious and should be excellent with fish or chicken and also added to marinades or salad dressings. To estimate shelf-life at the time of this review in August 2021 the Best By date is over 3 years in the future but dates will vary. Refrigerate after opening.
