Is it supposed to have crack lines within the felt? I undid my entire roll and there’s a “stretch mark” look along the entirety of it. Quite unhappy.

The roll of self adhesive green velvet that I received did not have any cracked lines. I used mine on a reproduction of an old lap type writing box. I wanted Braize material but is not available in the US (at least that I could fine). I took a gamble on this material and for purpose it worked great. Very easy to apply and very smooth. Hope this helps.

Can it be used as Wallpaper and removed easily??

Yes, it can be used as wallpaper. And if you don't remove it on purposely, it won't fall off.

Yes, it can be sticked to metal if the metal is smooth.
