Lost 7.5kg
This book helped me lose 7.5kg and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone who's looking for a way to lose weight without being hungry! Good luck!

The Weight is Dropping Off
I have followed this with a couple of cheats and lost at least 8kg in a very short time. I feel great and am jumping and running for the first time in years. I wouldn’t recommend the recipes as they’re a bit unpredictable but a bit of experimentation with the ingredients and Shirataki noodles/rice produces good results. You do need to exercise though!

Results driven
If you want to diet and need to lose it fast, this is the diet for you. You do however need discipline as for the first 2 to 10 days (dependent on how much weight you need to lose) you will be on protein only. The second phase adds vegetables but no fruit or nuts are allowed. I have lost 10 kilos in 6 weeks. Now down to my goal weight of 59 kilos - I'm 5"8.

Good book. Damaged cover.
Very good book, probably the easiest diet to follow in the world, that is if you are not vegetarian/vegan.Received book with a pierced hole in the cover, the packaging was intact, so I guess someone purposly packed faulty book. Good thing this wasn't a present.

Aspartame has health risks
He recommends aspartame saying it's safe because it's widely used and even pregnant women have it. Read the studies they have done on it for yourself. 3 stars because the diet works.
