Great insect repellent

Mosquitos always find me. I’ve heard about Skin So Soft for years and finally tried it. Had the chance to test it out this weekend in a wooded area where I spent 2 evenings dining outside as the sun went down and I was outside for several hours both evenings. I had SSS on my ankles, shins, back of knees, wrists, forearms, neck, etc. where the bugs always find a good place to bite. I ended the weekend with only two bites on ear and hairline - a miraculous result for me! A mosquito-magnet friend I was with had similar positive results. Am buying more because I left the tube with my friend who lives in the aforementioned woods! For those who are also mosquito-magnets, when you do get bitten, press a hot spoon (from a mug of hot tea water) against the fresh bite to neutralize a good portion of the itchy stuff. It’s an equally amazing solution for the bugs that make it through!

That this product helps keep the bugs away. A little back story. For a planned fishing trip the boat driver said we couldn't bring spray bug spray, we'd have to have a liquid. There aren't that many options to pick from unfortunately and for this price, this lotion better zap those bug for even looking at me. Thankfully I didn't have any bugs get to me while wearing this. But to each their own.

Without being an oily mess

I use this to repel mosquitoes. Does this very well. It has a nice scent so I tried replacing my standard lotion with it and applied it after my morning shower. This did not fly. That evening the mosquitoes had a field day. Don't know the exact time frame but its effectiveness does have a limit. When applying in the evenings it is effective for the four to five hours that we are usually out.

I love this product. It's the only thing that work in Costa Rica with the mosquitoes! I order this thinking I was getting 3 like I had done before and ended. Up getting only one for price of 3 . I was refunded and not charged for the UPS and they picked it up. Thanks the seller is on the up and up.

Being a person of color, it is always hard to find sunscreen that doesn't give a "white cast" or "ashy" look after applied. This definitely didn't do that. Insects LOVE ME but this kept me bite free every time I've used it so far this summer. Also, kept me from getting burned. A wonderful 2 in 1 that doesn't disappoint. Worth every penny!
