Never had a moisturizer make my skin feel like this. It's so light but very effective! Makes my skin glow which is no easy feat in a highly dry and hot climate so I'm simultaneously usually dried out and greasy lol. It does make my skin feel very tight but... not in a bad way? However, *only* because I live in such a dry climate, I combine this with the deep moisturizer version. Works like a charm, keeps my skin perfect even through 11 hour shifts in a hot kitchen.

Upon finally learning about skin health and investing in a proper skin care routine I was bummed to learn how damaged my skin barrier was as a result of using terrible face wash (cough cough Pharmagel...) and practicing bad skincare habits... I did so much research on fixing my barrier and quickly discovered Snail Mucin was highly recommended for barrier repair, which naturally led to this being recommended to me and I'm so glad it did! The moisturizer is light, soothing, and non-greasy for my combination skin, and i actually use this as a base moisturizer in addition to Elf's gel moisturizer, and the result is soft, moisturized face and skin all around! In the past I've had issues with moisturizers being too greasy and heavy for my t-zone, or not moisturizing enough for my dry outer face, but as long as I am using the proper amount, this stuff always moisturizes really well! The scent is a little odd, but it's a very neutral scent, which is to be expected with unscented stuff!

Lightweight, intensely moisturizing, leaves subtle glow.

I have very dry skin, so for me this is not an “All in One” moisturizer. It’s super lightweight but sadly not hydrating or moisturizing enough on it’s own for this one’s lizard skin. I have to put a heavier moisturizer over the top to keep the dry skin at bay. However! Used in a “serum” type capacity, it’s wonderful for me. I use the Snail toner, do my normal serum(s), use this, and then my cream, and my skin glows. It’s super soothing and definitely helps plump and firm my skin without feeling heavy or sticky. Some snail moisturizers can be slimy and will not dry down fully like this does and make a product a no-go for daytime use (looking at you, Cosrx!). Doesn’t really have a scent that I notice and a little does spread pretty far so despite it being a somewhat small tube it has lasted me quite a while. I really do like this moisturizer a lot despite needing to use another cream after. Those with oily skin types will probably love it, but drier skin types will need to be prepared to follow with a hydrating SPF or heavier lotion after this. It’s totally worth it though!

I love this moisturizer. First bought it at Walmart, it's very lightweight and easy to massage in. Only problem is if you have dry skin, you need to use either a moisturizing serum, or extra product because it's great for my t zone, but my poor cheeks are so dry

I swear swear swear by this brand. My daughter got me hooked on the moisturizing and it is an absolute everyday must for me. Highly recommend buying the whole line. And after researching the company they collect their snail mucin in a non cruel way unlike some companies that use electroshock. Great product and cruelty free! I cannot give this enough stars.

I have *extremely* oily skin prone to acne and large pores. Finally I said enough is enough have changed quite a few things about my skincare routine (so I'm not 100% sure if this product by itself improved my skin or if it was the whole arsenal of products that helped me). 2-3 days after I started using this cream AM and PM my skin started feeling smooth and I noticed significantly less oil on my skin at the end of the day. The cream absorbs super fast and doesn't leave any greasy film whatsoever - more like the opposite - sometimes it even feels like I didn't moisturize at all. Would 10/10 recommend it for oily sensitive skin. PS: I am also using Paula's Choice BHA exfoliator every 3 days (apply at night only), hyaluronic acid (the Ordinary) in the morning after the shower on damp skin followed by this moisturizer and sunscreen, and niacinamide (the Ordinary) in the evening followed by this moisturizer and retinol serum hope this helps

The product itself is good (hence the stars), but please be wary of you have sensitive skin. This and the toner stripped my skins natural barrier and after only a week of use my skin was constantly red, bumpy, and irritated... and I'm still dealing with it after not using it for multiple months. Again, if you have sensitive skin I suggest trying something else.
