what about full bed wetting?

My handicapped daughter wears two at night but the top one is always dry. She wears two during the day which makes it easier to manage the bathroom time. I don't have to change her clothes during the day. During the last thirty-six years we have used many brands and have finally found the best ever with the Liv- Dry.

Do these pull on without ripping?

Hello! Yes, these can be pulled on without ripping. There is a tear away side for easier removal. However, that does not hinder the daily use of this product.

When it comes to absorbency overnight is not absorbent enough us there a double absorbency in any size

How long do these keep you dry?

We only use them for overnight protection. Our 26 year old daughter has Anoxic brain damage and can't speak. She has to hydrate more than the average person due to her Addison's Disease. Most every morning there is no leakage onto the bed pad and the underpant is very heavy with urine. All I can say is these are the best of everything we've tried. Also they don't fall apart and we like that if she'd like to toilet a couple times before falling asleep it's easier than if wearing a diaper with side tabs. Hope this helps.
