Not a fan, as far as tongkat ali I didn't really feel anything substantial but I did notice that it Interupted my sleep.I gave it away.

My regular Tongkat Ali Root Extract was not available, so I went shopping for a new brand. This one has some great reviews.A big plus for me was that it also has Ashwagandha Root, Tribulus Terrestris, Ginseng Root and Saw Palmetto.After using for a few days now I have not noticed a difference in energy or stamina yet. Based on the ingredients list I was expecting quicker and better results.It may be inconsequential, and I am no expert but compared to products I have used in the past these capsules are a bit smaller than I would expect for having all the ingredients these claim to have in them.I have subtracted one star because the photo is misleading. While the title says, “3 Months Supply” and the photo clearly shows three bottles, you will only get one bottle. Granted, 90 capsules at one per day – That’s (almost) 3 months. Still, I consider this kind of advertising deceptive, and makes me wonder how truthful they are being about the ingredients.One thing is for certain, I will know for sure once I have finished them.

I purchased this product to start my new exercise routine, I am 55 yo and wanted to lose some weight gained during the pandemic. I thought it was necessary to write a review about this product because I have seen a fantastic improvement in energy level and also my sexual stamina overall, I have been taking it for almost 4 weeks and already on the second one I started to feel more energetic and my erections are definitely better and lasting longer. Didn’t have big expectations but pleasantly surprised by the results.
