This is oil painting medium, improves fluidity while allowing you to control the transparency.
This is a good oil painting medium. It improves the fluidity while allowing you to control the transparency. It is more of a gel consistency than a liquid, making it easier to dispense without drips or mess. This also allows you to mix it with your oil paint and retain & control the thickness you want. I put some in a small jar. If there is some left after a painting session, I put the lid on, and it is useful for several sessions without drying out. However, it dries on the canvas at a mid-level speed so you can rework the area if needed before it dries, or feel confident that it will be dry later in the day or tomorrow if you want to work wet over dry.

What a great medium to give sheen and depth to your colors...especially the dark hues. I'm using it almost solely in place of linseed oil. Thins your oils nicely and your brush slides across the canvas. I LOVE IT. and it lasts a long time. A little goes a long way.

Gamblin Neo-Meglip over Liquin every time!
This Product is very similar to Liquin. I highly recommend it over Liquin. It is a soft gel medium that maintains the body of the oil paint. Improves transparency and flow with a smooth silky feel. It dries at a moderate pace and remains workable for hours. It also gives the colors a satin gloss. Give it a try and I think you will be happy with your purchase. I will never use Liquin again. It is a little higher in price than Liquin, but the properties make up the difference 10 fold. Great product! I'm so impressed with it that I sound like a salesman for the company.lol

This still smells, just not as bad... as other similar products.

I love Gamblin Neo Megilp
This medium has a wonderful consistency and is lovely to use, it gives oil paint a glossy satin finish. It is one of my favourite mediums.
