I think it’s look like used item because the box it’s a little old and have some places tearing.

I only use this for French press and Filter, I'm satisfied with the grind consistency. I think this should work for finer grinds too but I did not try.Pros: 1. No screw. 2. the female burr is inseparable from the black part (see photo), so when the black part is screwed in it is very very stable. 3. there is an aluminum ring that has to be screwed in before you screw in the female burr black part, which prevents coffee grinds from going into the threads. 4. The central hole on the main housing does not touch the main axle, the axle is fixed in position by the two bearings alone, the bearings can be oiled with food-grade lubricant, the washer covering the bearing can protect it from coffee dust (see photos). 5. Everything can be stripped down (except the black female burr, which is essentially one piece). 6. Very good quality overall. 7. Very fast grinding speed (full load can be done within 30s for Filter size coffee.Cons: 1. The axle does not fit the hole on the male burr perfectly, there is enough space to wiggle (see photos), this does not affect its use in any way but I don't know the purpose of this feature (safety?), it can be modified to fit perfectly though. 2. Rubber (silicon?) pad at the bottom was placed off-center (photo), quality issue. 3. One of the washers was heavily worn upon arrival (photo), another quality issue. 4. Package was damaged upon arrival, no longer gift-worthy (probably by border security). 5. The surface of the aluminum shows minor scratches made on purpose (probably by border security too).

Very good build quality it features a ball bearing axle with steel burrs so, the result is a very precise and uniform grind. Very satisfied with the purchase!

Be sure to remove the bearings, washers, and main shaft before rinsing/washing. it grinds well for pour over. Happy with the purchase.
