10 pack Always Discreet Boutique Low Rise Underwear Incontinence & Post Partum Size Large! Great size package! I was very happy to find this 10 pack. The sizing for Large seems quite accurate and fit comfortably. Perfect if you want to try these for the first time for sizing or to see if they are right for you. Also great size for travelling with. Wish 10 pack was more readily available. I highly recommend these for fit, style, comfort, protection. I forget that they're not fabric underwear. I do find that they aren't noticeable under most clothing, which is very important to me as a user. I feel confident with this product.

Love the low rise, hate the added scent
I like this product but wish it came in a medium. The small/medium is too small and the large is too big. Wish there were more options with a low rise for short waisted women. Since recently losing weight, the fit seems better. I don't like the added scent. It is very overpowering. I have to remove from packaging and air well before wearing.

Comfortable And Functional
I love to use these when I’m on my monthly! They’re leak free and extremely comfortable. Takes away the anxiety of thinking you leaked and not as bulky as maxi pads. I wear these with leggings and you can’t tell I’m wearing a diaper. They’re thin enough to be discreet, but thick enough to be fully covered. For reference, I used to have to use two longer pads to make sure I don’t leak before I started using these.

a must for postpartum or bladder leaking. Finally a diaper that actually looks like underwears, with no granny design. I used it at the hospital after giving birth and what a good product. You can concentrate on your newborn without having to worry about everything that is leaking out of you. Only advice is verify the sizes properly, maybe even size up, as these are low-rise and leave not alot of room for the booty. Also, front and back are super similar, but the inside "padding" goes higher in front and if you put it backward you have even less place for the bum.
