Is CMC the same as tylose & is it safe for food & to handle without gloves?

Is this have any cross contamination from peanuts and tree nuts? Made in the facility, shared lines, etc?

My bottle was 1/3 full?? Anyone else experience this?

The content inside the bottle is correct. We just use one size bottle for 2 oz and 4 oz CMC. Hope that helps.
