Fits perfectly in my kitchen and now we don't have to have a bunch of water bottles cluttering up my fridge since this water dispenser keeps the water super cold also the hot side gives access to super hot water anytime without wait... Love this product!!!!!!!

I didn't like that it didn't come with a bottle to refill. I drink a lot of water so it is perfect for me. The hot water isn't working on it. I was pretty bummed about this.

I'm personally a deal shopper.... what can I say... I like my 💰 🤑 well spent. This "little" guy was a good buy. in my opinion, this water cooler provides cold and hot water, is easy to set up and use, and is accessible for seniors and wheelchair users. It eliminates the need for packing cases of water and dealing with empty bottles. Pairing it with a water filtration system makes it more convenient and cost-efficient.

While less expensive than many others - this water dispenser is much shorter than most - just make sure to look at and measure - it may work for you, too low for us.It looks nice - but, feels like cheap plastic, like a toy for kids playing house. Surprisingly it did support a 5 gal bottle - although loading it felt off, given the low height of the machine, and an odd verticle piece the bottle had to be centered over.The hot water handle does have an odd but effective safety feature to prevent inadvertent hot water dispensing - but again toy like - don't know how long it would last.Wasn't the water dispenser for us - the return process was quick and simple.

Water in this dispenser never seems to get quite cold enough. My old bottle that we had for 10 years did not need ice to make it COLD. That's not the case with this model. I also noticed a peculiar taste initially, so we re-cleaned the all of the pieces of the water bottle and now it's taste is much better. The Hot water safety valve can be trick to operate as well, but you get it with practice. A little disappointed overall with this purchase, but will live with it.
