Bob's Red Mill GF Egg Replacer, Resealable Stand up Bag, 12 OZ

So more recently ive been unable to consume any daily products...eggs are my absolute nemesis and the pain is unreal if I eat them. Wanting to bake and cook again I decided tentatively to try this and I cannot believe how great it is! This will be a staple in my cupboard from now on so I can enjoy my baked goods. Worked amazingly in banana bread and cannot wait to use it in more stuff!

This is a great replacer for those who can't have eggs but still like food (and everyone likes food!... I hope...). Easy and great to bake with.

To my surprise, these worked well in a Vegan dessert I made. It is difficult to find at grocery stores, so availability through Amazon was great!

I made a vegan birthday cake with this product and oh my goodness, everyone raves at the moistness and taste!This product has directions for substituting a whole egg as well as the white only. For instance I made a white cake mix which calls for separating out the yolk and not using it…….Since you get substitution for about 32 eggs, this is a really handy, economical product to keep on your baking shelf.

I've had Bob's Red Hill egg replacer before and it was tasteless. This one has a slight pea taste which I could taste in the apple cake I made. It works well, but not fond of the taste being apparent.

I've tried other egg replacements and by far this one has had the best results. Whether you have an egg allergy or dietary restriction this will be exactly what you need to achieve amazing baking results that no one will know you replaced the eggs!
