Amazing flavor!
Delivered promptly & still cool in the package. The flavor is amazing, so delicious & smooth. I have sliced it for appetizers, grated it into a red wine vinaigrette, and shaved it to top a salad. Ordering more today!

Not as I expected and doesn't appear to be 10 oz.
The cheese was thoughtfully packaged. The taste was not as good as I hoped; it was a different flavor than any I've previously experienced; I'm definitely from a poor background and not likely to be a reliable source to judge.

Delicious. I can't find this in my grocery store.
Only one time in my days have I ever found Pecorino for sale at my grocery store. It is ruined in combination with Romano. But you decide that on your own. So was I glad to find it here! Delicious!!

Wonderfully Mild Grating Cheese
I found a recipe for pesto ([...]) that called for this particular type of cheese as one of the key ingredients. The narrative of the recipe convinced me that I just had to try making it, and I must say, the pesto came out incredible! The cheese itself has a wonderful aroma and a mild taste. It is also fantastic as a grating cheese on its own--I use it wherever I'd normally use grated parmesan. Highly recommended!
