Purchased this for my husband as he is suffering with TMJ and the dentist suggested heat packs, easy to warm in the microwave and easy too wear. He recommends it.

Fabulous for wisdom tooth op recovery
Recently had my 4 wisdom teeth removed and this was a better cool pack than many others that I tried. Now the swelling has gone down I'm using it warm to relax muscles around my jaw. I love that this product can do both, and that its comfy to wear!

Easy to use, but..........
This was easy to use, but I needed it to reduce facial swelling following a bone graft in my upper jaw. The line of the pack didn't really fit so I had to hold it against my face, rather than using the velcro fastening. Otherwise, a good buy.

Not fit for purpose with wisdom tooth extractions
I bought two of these for use post surgery for impacted wisdom tooth extraction. After placing in the freezer the fabric on one gave way and the silicone beads came spilling out. I tried using the other one post surgery and found it was too hard and rigid and didn't have enough flexibility to be worn comfortably against swollen painful cheeks. Thankfully I had a different silicone pouch (much more squishy) which was fit for purpose, so these two bands ended up going in the bin.
