Country Life Ultra Omegas DHA EPA -- 120 Softgels

A few years ago I determined that this was the best fish oil that I could find. I’ve been getting it for years and I’m very happy with the results. Helps me sleep better and wake up feeling better. I have less aches and pains and my mood is improved.

I've been using this product since 2006. Maybe even earlier. I had hup pain and was using alot of motion and it wasn't working. I read about fish oil being anti-inflammatory so I tried it. It worked!!!! To this day I take fish oil daily and will not use otc pain killers unless I have no fish oil. Also I feel more general body aches pains and soreness when I don't take it or run out.

I love the size of these softgels. They're very easy to swallow (larger ones I have to soak in water to soften up). The ratio of EPA to DHA is good without a large amount of the less desirable EFA's in tow like some other brands. I alternate these with another brand that has the reverse ratio of DHA/EPA so I'm getting a good balance. But these are definitely the easiest to swallow!! So important. No supplement will work if you can't swallow it! Be healthy!

This is the best price I found on the Ultra Omega vitamins. I have priced these omegas through various merchants including Vitamin Shoppe online and in the store. Unfortunately, Vitamin Shoppe's prices are higher. Also, this merchant has the quickest turnaround when you place your order online and ships your items immediately. I normally receive them approx two days after I place an order & I have placed orders several times over the last two years and have been very pleased. You cannot beat the price and the vitamins are smaller in size than the ones you can purchase at Vitamin Shoppe. I buy in bulk to save on shipping charges.

I really wanted to like this. Seemed to have good reviews with only one one star. However, when I received mine and opened the bottle it had a bad chemical like smell. It was very off-putting. I decided to take one and see what happened. Awhile later the oil repeated on me and had the same taste as the smell. It wasn't a fishy smell or taste, it was definitely a chemical smell and taste. Will not buy this again.

Exactly what was expected..Will buy again.
