I bought this product ahead of my house move. I have only just opened it, it only has power for around 3 seconds, surely this is not a dead batter as it wouldnt turn on at all? My next thought was to charge it and see if it works fully, only to find out it is a US plug. I have been out to buy an adapter, it will not charge. The way the hoover sits in the dock doesnt seem Right either, i wonder if this is why it’s not charging ? I’m past my returns date. The item is unused and faulty. Please can someone contact me.
