Q: How do you use the bolt? The shipment didn't came with instructions. It has a shaft but it doesn't seem to hold the bolt and it doesn't lock.

If you read the reviews, you’ll find most of us didn’t use the bolts that came with it. The bumpers stay pretty much where you place them. We have them in 3 different garages and they’re just placed on the garage floor without the bolts. Also, people complain that the reflective tape falls off… I really don’t care because I see them just fine without the reflective tape.
