Absolutely. The 6mm neoprene is very similar to the compressive strength of a 7mm knee sleeve. These sleeves are a great choice for Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and Functional Fitness.

How do you wash the 6mm neoprene knee sleeves?

Wash them by hand in warm water with standard clothing detergent or soap. Then rinse the knee sleeves and allow to air dry. You can also place them in the washer machine, use a gentle cycle and cold water. Then proceed to let them air dry.

Can you perform lighter, bodyweight movements in these knee sleeves?
