I tried pills, cold, heat and rest, but compression worked for me. This product is well made, well sized and easy to use. It is simple but effective. Easily adjustable and inconspicuous under clothing. Priced right. Made right.

My bicep tendonitis is aggravated mainly by my sleep position but the pain continues throughout the day. It's not recommended that you wear a bicep compression sleeve while you're sleeping but this helps with the pain during the day. Seems well-made and was easy to fit onto my arm.

This product helped the pain in my tricep while riding my bike however, it has a major design flaw. Due to the absence of a metal buckle to put the end through like a belt, It is extremely difficult to get on and tight by yourself. I would go as far as saying impossible. I had my wife help me but what would you do if you did not have an extra pair of hands to help with this? If it weren't for this I would totally leave a five-star review.

My arm has been aching for nearly a year. It would start to improve, then I'd do something active to wrench it. I couldn't sleep well because of the pain even with pain medication. I've been using this compression sleeve for only a week, but I'm already seeing improvement. I'm an avid horseback rider, and it seemed most of the re-injury was happening at the barn. The compression sleeve gives my arm enough stability that I don't keep wrenching it, so healing has already begun. Hope--and relief. I received no compensation for this review.

This was still too big for my arm.

I have a small tear of my rotator cuff. I’ve been using KT tape. It’s my left shoulder and I’m right handed so I can still play, but it affects my overhead backhand, and a little bit my toss. A friend recommended this and said it changed his life. I AGREE!!

Very comfortable. Provides good support. Easy to put on and adjust compression. Not big and bulky, can be worn under a shirt. I got the 4” one to cover entire bicep.
