I get migraines with severe dizziness. When I have one, laying with my head at a 45 degree angle provides some relief from the dizziness. So I was looking for a pillow to put under my neck. I like a firm pillow, but this was so hard it made my head & neck hurt more! I'm sure it works for some, but I'm sending it back,
