Love this product. I checked online that it doesn’t have negative side effects. My recommendation is not to take it daily and only take when absolutely need to get your focus. Like when you tired but have to do some work regardless. Also helps with headache ( to me at least).Doesn’t give you crush, withdrawal or hand shaking like from energy drinks.The only difference I noticed is that with that focus you loose your routine( I hope that makes sense) . Normally we all have a routine of things that we do daily without thinking. Ones you take pill, your brain activates to focus on million things that needs to be done, without adding stress to it. That’s what you loose that attention to your daily stuff that you used to do normally. Like putting your keys on the regular spot, for example.

I have been taking these for a while to improve mine a my teens brain health i must say that i have been more focused and experience less fatigue so i would say you can try it out. It doesnt work the same time you start but with gradual use you will see results.
