I rarely purchase non branded batteries, I don't trust them - but that's just me. I had recently purchased a Bosch vacuum that only had a 2.5 ah battery which would a few uses before it needed a charge. As someone who has a large collection of Bosch Professional tools, I wished I could of used my batteries but sadly that's not the case (without a converter anyway). I felt the genuine Bosch battery was too expensive and decided to take a gamble with this. So far, it's lasted twice as long (as you'd expect) as the 2.5ah battery with no noticable difference in perfomance. So far so good!

Working battery. No recharger (not saying I expected one, but to make it clear). Didn't seem to last 2x the length of the Bosch 2Ah battery. It should mean I can do more gardening when I'm in the mood, so I'm happy.

Good quality battery

I liked the longer battery life as compared to the Bosch battery of the same specifications.Good value for moneyIt also fitted the original charger with a little encouragement.

This battery worked OK with my existing Bosch 18v drill, but would only operate on the first trigger press on the jigsaw. In order to continue to use the jigsaw, the battery must be removed and reconnected before each trigger press. It's as if the jigsaw recognises the battery as OEM and won't use it.Item returned for full refund.

Fits my bosch stuff, remains to see how it will perform

First of all the battery pack works and is compatible with all my Bosch Home and Garden tools.It can be charged in both the old style "generation 1" charger and the "generation 2" charger.Checkout the Power For All Alliance web site but the gen 1 charger can charge with the tool (drill/driver) attached whilst for the gen 2 charger you have to remove the battery from the tool.However I suspect the advertised Ah is misleading or even just deliberately incorrect.I have taken the lid of the battery (see photo) and checked on the manufacturers ("PROS") website for a 4Ah battery.They do not appear to make one - at least not one they wish to promote via the website.The other photo attached is for the highest capacity PROS18650 cell shown which is 3Ah.Note the website cell marking does indicate the capacity while the cell in the battery does not.Most genuine cells have the capacity marked.So I suspect this is at best a 3Ah battery just like most of the other similar batteries for sale on Amazon.If you have the "generation 1" charger this battery may be worth the money for compatibility and capacity reasons (compared to the 1.5Ah Bosch originals). If you have a "generation 2" charger I would not recommend this product and suggest you purchase the Bosch 2.5ah battery for a few pounds extra or go for the Bosch 4Ah which has great build quality and high current cells but costs around 60 pounds.
