Great item. Very light to carry around and very warm but the sizing is small. Definitely go up at least one size to get a good fit.

My wife is over the moon with this gilet

Happy with the gilet. I bought the ivory colour and it says machine washable. However the first time I've washed it (following instructions) all the padding has disappeared into a tiny clump in each section. Most of the gilet is now without padding and tumble drying did not improve this.

I packed this for a month long trip and it came in very handy for layering. I'm a little disappointed in the overall wear and tear of the product for the price. Some of the threads are unravelling and in some spots it looks like the fabric is wearing away.
