Fabulous chairs but poor quality control
Fabulous design, comfort and look. However the quality control was dreadful. I purchased two rocking chairs and a set of two Adirondack chairs and table. Every piece had defective parts. Bent legs, misaligned screw holes, multiple screws holes where only one should be. The service dept. were nice but didn’t listen well enough to understand the issue. They would continue to ship out incorrect replacement parts, it’s been 4 months now and I still have not been able to assemble all of my chairs… missing my summer relaxation time. I hope they fix the quality issues because their fundamental products are great. For me though 4 months and no solution is too much.

Love it.
One summer down in AZ and way better than any metal, cast iron or other plastic chairs we have had. No cracking and no branding of the skin from metal contact.
