These are just dried compressed cabbage pills. There is no filler or additives. You have to take 20-30 "pills" per serving, but they are more like tiny little pellets so it's not hard to take this amount.I take these to support gut health, and they would be ideal for microbiome support. They have a tiny bit of a cabbage odor / flavor, but it's not unpleasant. Since taking them, I have noticed less stomach cramps and issues.Overall - it's a high quality cabbage supplement, but a bit inconvenient to take 30 pills twice a day every day.

I should have looked closer and realized these weren't exactly pills. I don't know what I'd call them but I don't like the flavor. I didn't notice any difference from taking them. Maybe it's something that helps over time but the flavor is too off-putting to me. I admit to being picky so these may work well for others.

These came in two clear packages. The outer package has to be torn or cut to open. The inner package is the self adhesive type that ya can open. The spoon is also in its own package inside those two packages. Safety label was intact and has a pamphlet with the dosing directions. So safety is definitely important to this seller and I highly appreciate that.The expiration date is marked on the back and easy to see. (8-24-2024)I have never tried cabbage like this before but I know it's good for digestion. I have digestion issues so I'm hopeful that this, along with the ox bile and super digestive enzymes, will benefit me. My issues are due to having my gallbladder removed and I'm just trying to get my digestive system back to normal. From what I've read, these will be the icing on the cake for me. (I will update my review IF there's a reason to)Our general health starts in our digestion so it's important to keep our digestion working properly.I would recommend this product especially if ya have digestive issues.

I love cabbage and sauerkraut and was looking forward to trying these pills.The packaging was very nice and the spoon was sealed separated. However, there was no mention of how many pills fit in the spoon – which makes the spoon obsolete. So I counted and about 10 pills fit in the 1g spoon. Only upon reviewing this I came across the conversion on the last slide.I chewed the pills and the taste was good if a little artificial.So why 3 stars? For starters, there is no nutritional information anywhere. I would like to see at the very least the number of calories. Secondly, the spoon does not quite fit in the container – about ¼” too long. It would be nice if it did fit. But the biggest detriment though is the cost. If cost is no object, then by all means I would recommend the product.

Unfortunately, the bottle was not sealed on these Balance Pick Premium Cabbage Pills when they arrived. Because of this problem, I don't dare use the product as I have no idea if it's been tampered with or not. However, they do smell strongly of cabbage. The pills are quite small and I'm sure they would be extremely easy to swallow.

My grandmother has always made cabbage "tincture" to help aid with digestive issues and I have always had such great success with it but I haven't made it for myself because it's got a lot of details that I have missed over the years. I was so curious when I saw these cabbage pills and decided to give them a try. They are very easy to consume and since taking them have already found similar results to my grandmother's recipe. There are definite benefits from taking cabbage, I'm not sure how it works but it is really great for anyone needing the extra boost for digestive/stomach issues as well as overall health. These have improved my health overall, but it has an acquired taste. If you hate drinking cabbage juice, this is a wonderful alternative.I would recommend swallowing these with water, as you would with regular pills. I made the mistake of letting these sit in water and it was difficult for me to finish the drink. Bad user error so there's my warning! Love that these are organic and have no additives.The 1g side of the measuring spoon came damaged, so I measure out half of the 5g spoon every time I take this daily. According to the product description, that's about 25 pills. The plastic jar's also cute and sturdy and can be reused for spices or whatever else.

My fiancé has had stomach issues over the years and he drinks cabbage juice to help with them. The cabbage juice is expensive to keep on hand though (and smells disgusting), so we picked these up for him to try instead or as an alternative. He said they went down super easy with no bad or unpleasant taste. I believe he just swallowed them like they were pills. I know a lot of people can’t stomach the cabbage juice (myself included), so if these pills offer the same benefits, they get my vote!
