Anthony's Premium White Rice Flour, 3 lb, Gluten Free, Non GMO

I was having trouble finding this anywhere else.This was perfect for dusting the baskets for sourdough bread which is my reason for buying it. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture or video because I already dumped it in its container.Taste:Doesn’t leave a funny taste on the bread.Flour quality:Prevented the dough from sticking and doesn’t prevent the dough from rising by adding to it.

Your local grocery store may or may not have rice flour; and if you bake a lot, a small package (eg, 24 oz) may not go very far. I like the 48oz size of this product, and really appreciate that the source grain is organically grown. Have never had any quality issues with Anthony's, and highly recommend this.

This product works well in dusting surfaces when making sour dough bread. Not easily found in stores.

Always ship on time. Products are always great. Have used them for various items and will continue to do so when I need.

I make my own gluten free flour. This is one I use in it and the flour I make is perfect for almost everything.

I wish this was ground a little bit finer as I use it for dusting sourdough loaf.

I love all of Anthony Flours. They are alway fresh and good quality flours. They are also well priced and have a lot variety in their products. I have been buying from Anthony for years and will continue to do so. So glad I discovered them on Amazon.
