GM CLIMBING 8mm (5/16") Prusik Swen Eye-to-Eye Pre-Sewn 30 inch / 45 inch

It's a great accessory cord but probably shouldn't be used for a friction hitch on a main climbing line. We use them for work positioning flip lines and for attaching hitch tending pulleys to our climbing line. Might be different for rock climbing but we use them while working in trees.

This is okay as a prussik, but if you want to use a schwabisch or VT it has too much rubberized shrink wrap. really hinders the device for use other than as a straight prussik.

A rope with two sewn eyes that works well for a friction device in the hitch climber pulley setup I use for srt climbing.

Initially I thought the 30" would be way too long. Its not, a three wrap prusik on 1/2" rope is all I could get. This prusik is very, very well made, again I'm very impressed and would highly recommend!

The GM Climbing 8mm eye to eye Works Great. There Is Very Little Stretch And Seems To Be Made Pretty Good... I Like It And It Does A Good Job With My Distel Hitch.

I bought this to use as a friction hitch on my tether for my hunting saddle and it works fantastic. I use a schwabisch hitch and it works great with this eye-eye rope.

The product literature and marking at the prusick eye are commendable in that the product specifications are quite adequately marked to convey adequate product use and application data, however the dimensions of 30/45 are somewhat disappointing as the actual measured dimensions are 29-1/4" end to end and 28" center of eye to eye as it would hang from a caribeaner (as measured to outer ends of eye loops).

高い庭木の枝切りに使っています。両端にカラビナを付け、木に巻き付けはしごを固定し、もう一方をハーネスに付けています。とてもしっかりした、丈夫な作りなので、安心感があります。視認性が高いオレンジカラーも良いです。ただ、はしごを木に固定する時、1回しか巻くことができません。二重・三重巻きにする方がより安定するので、もう50cm～1m長い方が使いやすいです。

屋根の塗替えに命綱、ハーネスとともに使いました。幸い、一回も滑らなかったのですが、下側に荷重がかかるとピタッと止まり、安心感が抜群です。ロープを上げたり下ろしたりもスムーズでスグレモノでした。

114cmを購入しましたが、ブルージックノットがやっとの長さでした。方向性を持たせた他の結び方には短いと思います。
