I find myself needing something to help me sleep and after much searching I decided to try this product out, because it had a lot of reviews. I'm very happy I did try this product out because it is helping me, which surprises me because I didn't think the combination of ingredients would actually help me out. The surprise was mine, I'm very impressed with this product. I can take this product and be almost guaranteed that 1 hour later I will be falling asleep, which is fantastic. This product is restful, it relaxes me & quietes my mind for that I become drowsy and then am able to sleep. Also, the sleep that I get when I take these capsules is a very restful sleep. I'm very impressed with this wonderful product, it truly helps me to get a restful night sleep.

This was my first time trying this product and so far I like it. I take it 30 min before I go to sleep and I been able to fall asleep faster .

I have a brain that runs a mile a minute, especially when I’m trying to sleep. When I take one of these it takes about 10 minutes for my brain to go quiet, then I can physically feel my body relax and I’m asleep within 15-20 minutes. Falling asleep for me is usually a battle that lasts 45- 60 minutes. Highly recommend, especially for those who battle with adhd and anxiety.

Taken by itself this did not get me to sleep. Take him with Valerian and magnesium glycanate it did help me fall asleep. I have a very high tolerance for medicines though and it takes a lot to knock me out so this would probably be very effective for normal people.

I realize they probably changed the formula because so many people complained about the very strong lavender smell -- which is an accurate description. It did smell awful. However, the change in formula means that the product no longer works for me. Context: it was recommended by my doctor to help me with my broken sleep patterns, not an uncommon problem for seniors. In other words, I would wake up so many times at night that I wouldn't get a good night's rest. When taking the old formula, I would fall asleep easily and only wake up once or twice, if at all. In the morning, I would feel refreshed because I had slept so much better. With this formula, I have trouble falling asleep, I wake up even more frequently than when not taking it, and wore yet, I find it difficult to wake up at all, even after 10-12 hours of broken sleep and I'm left feeling absolutely exhausted often coupled with a horrible headache. I should also note it may be the change in formula is playing havoc with my allergy medications. To be certain it was the Calm causing the problem, I stopped taking it for 1 week, resumed for 2 weeks, and stopped for 1 week. During both instances of not taking it, by the 3rd or 4th day, I no longer had the exhausted feeling and the headaches were gone. In short, the current formula has actually worsened my sleep problems whereas before it actually helped. While I can't speak for how it might help others, or not, I can only report my personal experiences based on my unique situation: senior, allergies, disrupted sleep patterns due to frequent urination.

I take this every night for sleep and it really helps my insomnia. I used to get muscle cramps and it has really helped with that as well.

They don’t work at all… don’t waste your money.
