Not for painting microwaves!
Gave my microwave a good clean and sanding down (inside) cleaned with white spirit, dried with a clean cloth. Sprayed 2 coats with 30 mins in between then a final coat left for 24 hours. The following day plugged oven back in and did a meal for 9 mins,. (5 then 4) and the paint melted, coated the turntable wheels and the underside of the plate. So don't be disappointed like me don't use on the inside of your microwave oven!
