The pic looks like its plastic but its painted on, was a little disappointed but I like it.
In picture it looks like plastic is used to accent the features of the bag but its not. The bag itself looks good and sturdy and the chrome book fits with space 4 notebook some supplies. The details are painted on with white paint, im not going to return it. I will give it a chance see how it goes. Looks nice disappointed but I like it.

Love these little cases
Love this company and love their products. As always, Meffort delivered on time a perfect product. I love this little sleeve which has a removable strap--which I love for travel. I can remove and pack the strap in my check in bag, but slip my MacBook Air into the sleeve to protect it in my carry-on. It fits the MacBook Air perfectly and, although it's snug for my MacBook Air, there is room for the power cord and my Kindle, if I wish to bring it along. This is not a hard shell cover, so just know that. It is light and easy to carry but is not protection for the computer if you drop it, case and all. It will serve to soften the fall but not protect the computer case if you drop it from a good height. It's not meant to do so. There is also a little handle that tucks neatly inside that you can pull out when you don't want to use the strap, but the case does not zip all the way when you use the handle. This has never been a problem for me, but just know that. I have several of these and use them all the time. If you are hard on your computer or if you need super protection, buy a hard case. Otherwise, if you want a light, easy to use case, you'll love this one.

Cannot Zip Completely
It has handles, but where the are placed you cannot completely close. Minor thing I would change, but other than that nice little case

Nice, but wish it zipped all the way
Love the case. Just wish the small handles were stitched outside of the bag so that the zipper could fully zip. When the handles are out it won’t zip all the way.

My second Meffort computer case- will buy more as needed: looks nice, holds up, and straps/handles are a godsend.
Nice quality- my second Meffort product.Bought for a Acer Chromebook 11.My prior purchase has held up under abusive conditions, and I expect the same for this one.Handles on the inside mean that you can't zip it up completely, but I don't find that to be a problem in actual practice: the benefit of having handles far outweighs the incomplete zip. Have not found that the zippers 'backtrack' under these conditions (do not spontaneously unzip).Has the option for either/both handles & strap- an excellent set of added features compared to other sleeves.I have found that having access to strap/handles to be infinitely prefereable to the no-handled neoprene sleeve (which always manages to gyrate like a juggled ball at the most inopportune times in transport).Having handles/strap available eliminates that aggravation.The patterns available are nice, and don't flake off with time and use.Will buy again!

Barely Passing
Design was what we were looking for.Dislikes were that it did not have additional pockets for carrying other school supplies (folders, pencils or charger).

Good bag for great value
Bought this for my Samsung Note Pro 12.2 thinking it would barely fit, but there is plenty of room for other items, like a composition book or even my Asus netbook (very snuggly). Not a big fan of the inside straps because they get in the way sometimes; could probably remove them if I really wanted. Art design is pretty good, got the dragon and it stands out some but isn't super flashy. Strap that comes with it is cheap, but it works well enough and could always be replaced. Using the bag as a mini-messenger bag, finding the strap just a tad short and can't adjust the shoulder padding on it, but it's comfortable enough.If I was in the market for another bag, I'd definitely get another.

Very nice quality; beautiful design/s, and great price! I bought a bigger laptop, didn't need the laptop sleeve, so I gave it to the Nanny to use as a purse. She loves it! So many colors to choose from too!
