Is this leave in conditioner color safe?

Hello, this product is safe for use on all hair types. Thank you.

Is this product supposed to have a seal on it? When I got mine it was not sealed and looked like it had been opened.

Not completely sure if there is suppose to be a cover. This was my first time purchasing this but mine did not have a seal either. So my guess is that is how they come.
