HOWEVER as someone who used to pay for LvL and just couldn’t justify forking the money out each month, I was on the hunt for a good replacement and this is worth every penny!I’m a student Nurse who works 12.5hr shifts and I don’t have time in the mornings to apply make up and even if I did it looks rubbish by the end of shift. I trialled this out today and I’m so impressed with results, it was way better than any I’ve had in a salon… I’m intrigued to see how long it lasts for and if it will damage my lashes in the long run??, (maybe I’ll edit this review if I cba).My only gripe is it’s quite fiddly. The instructions say to put plastic wrap over your lashes once you’ve applied the perm & the activator…. That’s easier said than done. I tried cling film but it would just smudge my eyelashes into a mush so I used my finger and just held them for the 10 mins….the right eye was fine but the left I missed some inner corner lashes so it looks a bit crap (I’ve attached a photo) But this was my first go so meh hopefully I’ll get better with practice!All in all is definitely reccomend as it took no longer than 30 mins and you save sooooo much money!! So I though hmm let me go to a salon to see if it works any better. Unfortunately it didn't. There was a slight more lift than when I do it at home but not much that I was happy. Baring in mind I buy all the proper LVL stuff from trusted sellers, so I wasn't using anything dodgy. As its our eyes after all.Any whoooo...After looking at loads of reviews etc all over Google I came across this kit.I thought well it's worth a shot. It got delivered and tonight I tried it.I'm over the moon. They haven't curled like this in as long as I can remember.The kit is brilliant and you get lots of stuff for your moneys worth.The only thing I will say is the glue is crap. I would defo recommend getting a different glue in future as it was a nightmare trying to get them to stick securely on the pads. I was persistent and kept going with a lot of glue. I defo recommend leaving the glue for 1-2 minutes if not longer for it to go tacky.Fab kit though for actual perming purposes.!! Thank you. What a waste of money.🌟 I have used lash lift kits several times in the past and had no problems until using this one yesterday. I did the allergy tests as required with a new product, all were fine so I went ahead. All was going well until I woke up this morning with a blisterd eye lid that is extremely sore. Both eye lids are very swollen and the lashes are definitely not the same as yesterday. They're sort of kinked. The photos I have added do not show how bad they actually are. I don't understand why the allergy tests were OK but still managed to do this to my eyes. There is obviously nothing I can do now to help my lashes look normal. Out of the blue the company contacted me regarding my disappointment and how they wanted to put things right (this is a 1st for me).Today i received a box from amazon containing another box for me to try. Up for a challenge i did just that. Since Covid i have tried many LVL treatments at home some better than others but all worked well.Firstly i noted the self adhesive eye pads were sticky and stuck well to my eyelid (last time this did not happen)I applied the perm and fix lotion as instructed...now during the fix lotion some of my eyelashes did become unstuck along with x1 corner of the eyepad....(this happens with other LVL's i have had in the past so added a little more glue and waited a few seconds to restick before putting the fix lotion on)The instructions are simple to follow and i must say the product has significantly improved for me since my original purchase ( it may be that i had a \"glitch\" of a product !)I did take a couple of photo's of the process and final result i must say i am impressed my eyelashes are usually straight but they are curled nicely now. There was no sticky residue left on the lashes or eyelid after use. You do need to follow the instructions to the letter. I kept lotions on for 12 mins each lotion. The photo's do not show the curl or length as well as i would like but i am happy with this (improved ?) Unfortunately you will have to pay this sort of money for a professional glue that works. I find the clear glues are better than white opaque glue. Hope this helps.
