If you are getting older. Having menopause issues, with depression, try this product. It helps me a lot to balance those things out. I noticed that if I stop using it, I can tell a big difference.

I’m not sure if they changed the packaging but as you can see in the picture there are a lot of differences. The box itself feels different, the bottles are two different colors and the pills are different shades. I have been using this brand for years and never came across this variation. I’m hoping the quality is the same but also considered going to a local store to purchase another bottle. I love this brand and all their products are amazing, have definitely helped me mentally.

Taking this makes going through perimenopause easier. My mood is not as all over the place and my husband certainly knows when I haven’t taken this for a few days. Would recommend to anyone looking to stabilize their moods.

I am sensitive to medications and supplements are no different. I’m only on day 3 of one pill/day; which is only half the daily dose. My tummy is sensitive & a little crampy. I have the urge to go more frequently but not productive. I decided to increase water intake. I can tell something is happening idk how to describe - I’m being scrubbed clean at a cellular level so maybe a major clean out coming soon. 🤣 Obviously I am only acclimating. I read several reviews but did not see anyone break down how it affected them over time so that is why I’m posting early. Will update as things progress. My son is on day 3 of half does as well but he has noticed no changes yet.

I live in an area where we hardly see sun from November to late March, and although I supplement myself with vitamin D, I still feel like my mood is not the best on these grey months. Last October I found this at a local grocery store but they've been sold out for 2 months so I went ahead and ordered them. These probiotics have really made a difference for me. If you compare with other one, the value for your money is better.
