Phillips Blackening Seasoning used in Phillips Seafood Restaurants on Blackened Chicken, Fish & Seafood

REALLY good on salmon. Just pat the salmon dry, put on a thin layer of mayonnaise, top with this and salt-free Mrs. Dash.

I've used this seasoning for years but the local markets stop selling it. This is a smaller can (5oz) and cost more but until I can get it local again I'm happy to have found it. I took off one star because one of my cans was dented .

Great blackened seasoning and not as salty as other brands. Can be used in all meats and veggies.

I would not recommend this product for people with high blood pressure. You probably went by either use it anyways one thing, though it is just simply delicious add flavor to soups, salads, meats, vegetables, beans, whatever

I can't find this blackening seasoning in any local produce market. So I came to Amazon and was in luck. I don't like the well known seafood seasoning it's far too salty. This however is not very salty. It has a unique flavor I cant brag enough about this seasoning. It's great on fish. I also make baked potatoes and onions with this seasoning on it. Highly reccomend!
