Replacement for one that died after a few years. Fortunately it is the same colour as the other items in their line. The red suits my kitchen as it's neutral so gives a little splash of colour toast is wonderful and crispy but leaves a nice chewy centre. But you can cremate it if you want, not me though. The slots are perhaps a little narrow but I rarely toast anything that thick. Feels well built and is relatively easy to clean.

I added the Morphy Richards Venture Black 4 Slice Toaster (Defrost Setting, High Lift Feature - 240131) to my kitchen recently, and overall, I'm very pleased with it. The toaster is of excellent quality and feels robust and well-constructed. The toaster arrived quickly and was well-packaged, ensuring it reached me in perfect condition.However, I have noticed that it tends to overcook the toast even on the lowest settings. I suspect this might be due to the new elements, but only time will tell if this issue resolves itself. It’s a bit of a challenge to find the right setting that doesn’t result in overly done toast.Even with this minor flaw, the toaster is still a great buy. It’s stylish, functional, and offers excellent value for money. The build quality is top-notch, and the features are very useful. I would recommend this toaster to others, with the advice to monitor the toast until you become familiar with its settings.

We bought this to replace a two slice toaster we had for years, same make M.R. A good quality product and being a four slice much quicker for two people.

Bought this and the matching kettle. Looks very smart and compact. Can’t believe the price of toasters these days but got it on a deal so good value for money. Easy to use and no complicated settings.

The older model has dual controls, so you could have different cook lengths on each side of the toaster. Very fiddly - I like warm bread husband likes crispy toast. Used to have a different side of the toaster each. Now we have to remember to change the setting in the morning and can’t cook our toast at the same time. 😕

They not only work well they look great too. Easy to use and keep clean.

Our old one died, so we bought the latest model.Doesn’t quite offer the depth of slice the old one did, but otherwise a nice toaster, if you get excited about that sort of thing. ;-)
