Perfect size for one person
This Pullman loaf pan measures about 8"x5" and makes a great loaf size for a single person. The entirety of the pan is coated with a nonstick covering, which I have not had any issues with so far. I did butter the pan before putting the dough in but in retrospect I probably did not need to. The sliding cover makes it possible to bake square loaves but you can also easily take the cover off and convert it into a regular loaf pan. The loaf of bread I baked looked pretty even so the heat distribution of this pan seems decent. Overall, I think this Pullman loaf pan is the perfect size for someone who lives alone or prefers to bake in small portions.

Terrible Quality, the coating has been worn
Only used 2 times, the interior coating has been worn already. It is difficult to remove the bread from the bakeware. This is completely a terrible product and I can't believe I have ordered two and missed the expiration window for return... gah...

Memory Lane Adventure!
My Granny had Pullman loaf pans and I've been toying with the idea of getting one to recreate her loaves. This pan is fluted and helps with the heat distribution. I still grease the inside of the pan, and it releases easily. I've not tried it with a batter based qucik bread, but I believe lining with parchment paper would help with the heat distribution. My biggest challenge is not using too much dough. The bread pan itself is well made, the bread doesn't stick and while I wouldn't fling it around, it seems to be well made enough to take a beating. Now I'm wondering how meatloaf would do in the pan. The possibilities are endless! Next up - sourdough! If I continue to enjoy using this pan, I'll be back for a few more!

Non stick coating flakes off onto bread. DO NOT BUY
Had this for three months and used it a dozen times. I had not noticed this happening until this last loaf came out. Mainly because soooo much came off. This is totally unacceptable and dangerous.
