Worth every penny and soo gentle
this shampoo is great for every hair type as it says hard water it is true to it's condition has a very thick texture and foams really welll and gently cleanes scalp without making it dry and flaky and the fragrance is also very mild worth every penny

Helps in stopping hair fall but new bottle needs improvement
The shampoo is very effective in hair fall control I'm using it for 5 years now but the new bottle is a complete fail. I ordered 3 bottles and all were leaking. The delivery packaging was good but the new bottle is not a good choice by the manufacturer. I forgot to take a vdo or photo of the leaking bottles

Hairfall increased after using this.
I went through the reviews and got this with much trust because of hard water but it made hair fall so evident and did not help in anyway. I've used this product for 6 months and within 6 months my hairfall had increased to such a level that It was so noticable. If you have hairfall because of hard water or borewell, than the only solution is to get a softner or change your water source. As for maintaining hair health than opt for a herbal shampoo from a well known brand like Indulekha or Kesha King. Even after switching the water source, my hairfall increased. It got better only after i switched shampoo. I could make out the difference from the very first wash .
