SIS doing the job
Strong stuff! It did give me a stitch, however, I think that is a me problem, rather than product problem. 100% good if on a long run. Caffeine can be a little strong, so make sure you're not using it on a heavy stomach. Apple taste is quite nice, a bit sour and punchy but nice and wakes you up mid exercise.

Great gels!
Great product. They taste nice. Good consistency. Excellent source of energy for running a marathon. Easy to stomach. Excellent value for money as cheaper than other sites.

Great product
The apple flavour is not for me but that’s purely a personal preference. The product is great and I survived a 200 mile cycle in a day without flagging using them alongside nutrition bars and bananas. Would recommend.

Good quality gel for endurance events
I do endurance events (mainly ones that involve carrying weight) and have used these gels as a carb source for some time. Of all the ones I take, these are probably my favourite. They have a higher quantity of carbs than a lot of those on the market, which saves space/time. Whether the nootropic claims are true or it's just the placebo effect, I am not sure. But I don't think it did any harm. The texture is pretty good for this sort of thing. It's very smooth and more like a thick liquid than a gel. It certainly isn't lumpy or hard to choke down like some are. The flavour is best described as an approximation of what I would expect lime cordial mixed with paint thinner to taste like. That might be a little unfair, the taste is not unpleasant, but it's not the sort of thing you'd probably eat for fun. I take a variety of different gels/flavours to avoid it feeling like a chore, as this means you are more likely to not bother taking one. Of those that I take, this is the one that I enjoy the most - but that is as much to do with the texture as the flavour. I've also not had any gastro issues, but then I'm pretty resilient to this sort of thing. If you do suffer with stomach issues with gels, it might be worth trying them before doing any serious effort sessions just in case. They aren't the cheapest, but neither are they as expensive as brands like Maurten and if you take your events seriously, I'd considering giving them a go.

Easy on the stomach, have had no issues and good results as someone not used to digesting gels

Long run booster
I take 1 or 2 on my weekly long run and they really do give you a boost at the end of the run i have tried other gels and for me these are the best

Very effective, foul tasting laxative
These need the caffeine content clearly labelled on the front of the packet. They're the quickest and most violently acting laxative I've ever had. 3 days later and my stomach is still sore, and needless to say my run was ruined. Also taste disgusting
