I must admit this walker is very easy to assemble in spite of some of the negative comments. I really just glanced at the instructions because the parts themselves are labeled to fit as they should. It is a little heavy because it is so well constructed for larger people and or someone like myself that wants a sturdy walker w/seat. The appeal for me in this model is the large seat which is comfy along with the removable backrest. I was at a rock concert recently and sat in the handicapped seats in comfort while sitting in my walker for 5 hours.The tires need to be checked periodically but a not a hassle if you have a portable inflator. Mine is an auto shut off so I do not run the risk of over inflating, I was surprised that 3 of my tires were in good use out of the box but I checked all four before venturing off. The correct pressure is on the tire so it is a no brainer to preset your inflator that has auto shut-off.The breaks are highly responsive though the break lines are a bit cumbersome. There are clips provided to keep them the lines close to the bars. One of them worked it way loose but it was no big deal. Just be sure to secure the lines so they are not in your way. I have extra Velcro ties if needed.The under the seat storage is roomy and the walker folds up with a pull of a bar. It should fit in most car trunks or backseats. I had no problems transporting the walker using a car service. Just keep in mind it is a heavier that most standard walkers but don't let that fact dissuade you from buying.

Easy to assemble and built extremely well. Excellent product.

Most walkers are either too small or flimsy. This walker can safely support a heavier or larger person.This walker has truly heavy duty construction and will hold up to use. Even the rubber tires have inner tubes and ball bearings! It's like every design flaw from my other walkers was fixed. Recommend to check tire pressure periodically and fill up with a regular bicycle pump. The large wheels make going over grass lawns much easier.What I really enjoy is the flexible back rest and large thick padded seat; much more comfortable when sitting on for any length of time. No more steel bars hurting my lower back! Large container bag beneath the flip up seat.The only drawback might be it's too big for a small person. It is about two inches wider than the typical walker. The handlebar height can be adjusted to fit your needs.Their customer service was prompt and quickly resolved a problem. No hassles! Customer rep Milka gave great emails concerning the ordering and delivery of needed replacement parts.Highly recommended if you need a heavy duty, durable walker.

A well-designed product that is wide and tall enough to allow my football player-build husband to walk upright and with the assurance that when vertigo hits, his rollator will have no trouble supporting him until it passes. Thanks to Oasis Space, he now looks forward to walks daily & no longer worries about a pebble or crack in the sidewalk causing his (traditional) wheeled walker to tip over. He was so impressed that he shows it off to his physical therapists - who have recommended it to other clients!We experienced a problem with the wheels losing air pressure and Kelly worked with us to quickly rectify the issue we were having. Her responsiveness, communication through each step, as well as her commitment to making sure we were 100% satisfied was exemplary. I’m a tall, active, working parent who is also disabled and needs extra stability when walking. I’ve had to narrow my life activities because walking was so painful.My PT suggested a rollator and after a lot of searching I got this one.This thing has handled everything I’ve been able to throw at it and I’m not exaggerating when I say it has been life changing. I used to have to limit and plan carefully before going out to make sure there was parking and places to sit. Now, I just have this and I can do so much!I have taken it on multiple airplanes, running errands in the city (think cobblestone walk ways and weird construction on side walks) errands in the suburbs (big parking lots and big box stores) walks on all manner of surfaces and it has been the best for all of it! Very smooth operation, very sturdy.I did have to reach out to their customer service to get replacements for wheels that were not round and were rubbing on the breaks. The back and forth with customer service was moderately annoying, but did eventually result in replacement tires.Pros: the included basket is great, the stability, comfort, and smooth ride is superb, the adjustability is really good - I have long legs and a short torso and the legs adjust separately from the arms.Challenges: these are minor quibbles truly!I’d like a clip or better way to keep the walker closed when it’s folded up. I got a couple of small bungee cords, but it’s not elegant or easy to apply while trying to hold it shut.Running the brake lines internally to the frame would be safer.The oblong frame makes it difficult to use aftermarket bicycle addons for things like a cell phone holder, bell, water bottle holder.In an ideal world, I’d also like the wheel assemblies to be easy to swap out for even larger off road wheels.
