My 3 year old LOVES these!
We bought these as cake-toppers for my son's 3rd birthday to double as a gift. He loves them! They riders bob up and down as they zoom across the floor. It's very cute! They makes "rev" noises, but I believe it is just the mechanics inside that makes the noises. It is not battery powered. I am unsure of the durability as we have only had them one week, but they have already been thrown around and washed with water so I would assume they will hold up decently well.
